WORLD CHEER & DANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS

Congratulations to MCA’s India Grierson who has just been selected for Australia’s AG Level 5 team to compete at the 2011 Cheerleading World Championships! She’ll be heading to Florida, USA as part of Team Australia in April!

In other Worlds news, MCA Megapom are excited to announce that they will be deferring their 2011 Worlds bid. The team will continue to learn and grow next year and then head to the Dance World Championships to represent Australia in 2012!

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL SQUADS

It’s been an incredible season for MCA and the AASCF Australian All Star Cheer & Dance Championships on October 30th & 31st was a wonderful way to wrap up the year!

MCA are 2010 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS in four different divisions!

MCA ROCKETS: 1st Place, Cheer Level 1

MCA JETS: 1st Place, Cheer Level 4.2 AG

MCA MEGAPOM: 1st Place, Senior Pom Large

GROUP STUNT: 1st & 2nd Place, Level 1

MCA MEGAPOM also placed in the Top 3 dance routines overall (Jazz, Hip-Hop & Pom) and won themselves a bid to the 2011 World Championships in Florida, USA!
